Hi all
I have had a lot a back pain & I'm having acupuncture at the physio atm.It just doesn't last longer than a day.
So today Im off work in pain & I have been to see my GP.It feels like seeing him was a waste of time all he said was my inflammatory markers are fine so I should keep going with the acupuncture & pain killers to see how things go.Also my weight isn't helping & I should try to exercise.
I cant exercise for my pain I was so frustrated I asked him to consider me for a gastric band ...all he said was oh your not that over weight my goodness what am I supposed to do???
Sorry for the rant I just had to let off some steam

You poor thing, don't mind the rant we all feel like it when we have flare ups. All I can suggest is the same as val, nice warm wheat bag heat snuggle (as I call them!) settle on your bed or settee, put a film on and try and sleep, sleep is the best thing to heal you. And don't worry about work or anything you just rest and get yourself better.0
