I fell at work a few weeks ago and landed completely on my left hand side and ended up in A+E as I couldn't move my shoulder the next day. She x-rayed my shoulder and said I had torn some muscle and gave me exercises to do which I do do when I can. But now if I@m on the phone my shoulder gets really stiff and as I say the pain is in what I call my shoulder caps. xx

    Hello Pinkbritishstars

Sorry about your shoulder. I too have ongoing shoulder problems (which may or may not be arthritis related) and I know how uncomfortable that can be. Given that you have injured your shoulder, it might be worth mentioning to your GP again just to check that the damage is healing as expected (I think that muscles can take a while to heal) because, if you wait until your rheumatology appt to mention it, and it turns out not to be arthritis related, you are back to square one (if that makes sense).

Hope it improves sooner rather than later.

I would see doc too as its still causing probs. It could be the bruising etc still coming out, but its best to be safe eh

    Take care
