    Hi Val

Its very difficult to get cream into your eye on your own. Best thing is to pull down the bottom eye lid and run the tube along and squeeze the tube as you do this try not to touch the eye. Then release the eye lid and this should trap the cream.

Other than this get someone to do it for you. Hope you manage.

    Hope this helps.

funny isn't it val....when you need to put cream in your eye you can't... but when you put moisturiser on, in the mornings it goes in automatically. then your eye is watering all day

I think shielas tip is a good one.....I would try that.

Hope the eye gets betterr soon. Is it still sore

    take care

    Sorry about eyes Val.

Using eye cream does take practise - I have eventually got the hang of it (only taken about a year ). Sheila D describes it perfectly but it really is a question of practise. I always do it in front of the mirror so I can see what I am doing which helps. If you can't do it, you may find drops easier but if your eyes are very dry, in my experience, the cream is the best option because the moisturising effect last much longer.

    Good luck.
