Hospitals Grrrrrrrr !!!!!!!!!!!

Doctors surgery book a hospital appt on a choose and book basis for me to see cosultant about my trigger finger. for 5th January i get a letter confirming appt. this morning I get a call from hospital to say that hey have to cancel appt as it was booked with wrong clinic. now have to wait for a letter with another appt. GRRRRRRRR !! :x :x :evil ok Carol deep breath count to 100 yes I do mean 100 mental note to self must say calm :lol:

    Yep it doesnt suprise me in the slightest.

    True Clare it Just makes you mad when they admit the system dosent work as well as it should but they do nothing about it.
