have been told by doc that am suffering from depression we think it s.a.d. so when asked if want to take tablets for it said no was told to try a sad light they are supposed to help.
the question is am i supposed to tell work they know i have arthritis but do i tell them about the depression ??????
i find it very difficult to talk about personal matters and well still a little tearfull so do i or dont i ????? what is the official line thanks val

Is it affecting your work? If not, then no, I don't think there is any obligation to tell them. The SAD light is working and helping you, so perhaps see how you go over xmas and new year and reassess then.

thanks that what i thought well has affected things a bit could not think straight and so made some silly mistakes but sure that behinde me now will monitor it as you say thanks valval0
