Hi all,
Well my plans to keep training for my kayak challenges through winter have been totally floored.
I have been havig a flare up of pain for well over a month now and it just isnt dropping. I try to stay as psitive as I can because getting down can only make the pain worse, but I am now so drained and fed up with not being able to do anyhing
Winter is always hard on all of us and I had hoped that due to the mild weather we have had here in the south east, that I would have been better than last winter.
