Hi to all,

I am normally really good at keeping up with everyone on AC and saying hello and seeing how people are but i have had a bad week and it was intensified on Tuesday with an almighty flare where everywhere on my body hurt, even to touch something would be ouch..I had to admit defeat and have a steroid injection(my last one was jan, so done good) the pain was unreal, i think if i had cried load it would have hurt lol..(heres my blog update http://traluvie-adaywithme.blogspot.com/ )
Luckily i am on the road to recovery(fingers crossed) a slow road, but i am feeling better and i can now type at a slow pace so just wanted to let you all know that i haven't gone awol and i haven't forgotten you all..
Had Mri today to, kept my eyes shut all the way through and listened to christmas songs on the radio, never realised that it made so much noise lol.
Am off now to have a cuppa and rest my hands before they hurt too much.
Am thinking of you all and will hopefully catch up with peoples threads over the next few days..Keep warm luvies and take care..(((((X)))))

Oh you poor thing, I hope it all eases soon and you begin to feel better. Make sure you do what you need to to get that way, OK? Take care. DD

    Hi Traluvie

Sorry that you have had such a horrid time lately.

Glad the mri is now done and hope you are not waiting too long for results. And Yes....how noisy are they x:lol:
It isn't a defeat at having a steroid inj, it is just a little boost.
I hope it helps and that soon you are feeling much better.
    Keep your chin up
    Thinking of you
    Love Juliepf xx

Hi Tracey my dear friend, Glad you have started to feel alittle better, Hope the steriod injection does it job for you. I know what you mean abou the M.R.I machine it's very loud it doesn't help with you trying to lie still when a loud jud out of the blue makes you jump! You where a strong soldier getting your self to the hospital for the M.R.I especially in this weather you should give yourself a pat on the back! Now you need to concentrate getting yourself better and strong for Christmas. Keep fighting the good fight against this flare up! (like I'm doing!) Take care sweetie and I look forward to chatting when you feel better.

Hi, Tracy , If you are feeling up to it , I would like to take you up on your offer and ask you about having to leave your job . Are we allowed to discuss this ......... as I am fairly new to the forum ? Josie .
