May I suggest you get out of your cave and ring your Rheumy! They don't know you're suffering unless you tell them.
If Enbrel is losing it's effectiveness there are other drugs within the anti-TNF treatment or they might be able to reboot the Enbrel with a Dmard cocktail. It'll be worth a try.
Don't suffer Del if they can help.
Luv,

Every now and again a cave is necessary and a good thing to boot. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

sending a post to del in his dark cave oops sorry ron's cellar if you are still sober and haven't sampled all of ron's bottles.
I have planter fascitis and achilies tendonitis in my right foot and leg and suspect it si due to the problem with my left hip over compensating but i am having physio on it they started out with stretching excerises but have moved onto magnetic resonance therapy i am waiting to see if this has any effect. my husband also had planter fascitis and had a steriod injection in his foot and it has been fine since.
It maybe worth speaking to you gp about you foot problems as he may be able to help.
