hi everyone
just thought i would register as a new member of this site although not a newbie to arthritis.
i'm 37 and started off with palandromic arthritis when i was 24, over the last 13 years my diagnosis changed to inflammatory arthritis and now to *looking to be rheumatoid* (their words).
my affected joints are ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, wrists and fingers.
medication wise i currently take metho, folic acid, diclofenac, codeine and paracetamol and steroid injections as required.
i'm a (very) busy mum of two gorgeous girls (7&3) and have recently left work to pursue my dream of working for myself and running a cake business which i have been doing since september this year and it's going well (although sometimes difficult and my other half is a godsend for kneading, lol).
anyways, look forward to chatting and helping (where i can).
all the best for new years

Hi Cakegirl,
Good luck with the business and glad hubby helps with the kneeding. It is lovely to be able to work for yourself although I expect you will still come under pressure.
If you can make a London bus I may be a future customer!
