    Hi Jayne,

I've been on it for 7 weeks now and have the pen rather than the syringe. Pain in my knuckled disappeared the same day I had my first injection and I feel tons better already - though some people don't feel benefits for 3 months.

I do sometimes find the injection hurts and, for me, it's less sore in the stomach area rather than the thigh ......just thought I'd warn you as your little one is very young still.

    I hope it helps her.

    Hi Jayne,

my friend has Enbrel in the pen and says she hope I get it at some point soon, as it has made a huge difference to her pain.
So fingers crossed it works well for your daughter - it must be so hard having a child in pain.

Best wishes to both of you

I am so sorry to read about your little girl: this is a pig of a disease and the fact it strikes those that young makes me so angry (which helps no-one, I know, but it does). I sincerely hope that the Enbrel does the trick for your little beauty, please let us know how she gets on, yes? I wish you both well. DD
