Hi just back from physio..... god she can put you through it , I know its for my own good but the pain, getting me to push my knee back as far as I can push then assisting with her hand ,your sitting in that chair ,eyes closed, puffing ..its like giving birth again.
BUT on a good note we have got 80% bend now at a push.
As for straitening leg, no change there ,even physio says there is definately a block so roll on 2 1/2 weeks see what boss man says
Meds time I think now ,I deserve them today lol

My physio after both synovectomies was a tiny slip of a thing but ye gods she was strong (mind you, I was spectacularly weak after the ops!) You know that old saying - no pain, no gain? Well in this case it's true, post-surgery physio pain is an essential part of the recovery process. Stick at it babytiger, it will get better. DD

    That is FANTASTIC news.

    80 degrees!!!!

And a week ago you struggled to get 10.

I love your physiotherapist. I'm so pleased for you both. Well done, babytiger.

Keep going at it babytiger. You'll do it.
Getting that bend back is hard work - and I speak from experience.
A positive attitude is the most important approach and it's one you obviously have!
