You got to see this it's from the Gadget show at Christmas, if you don't want to see all the show go to the bottom menu bar and hover on the top of the coloured control bar and move the slider to about 4/5th's along and you should come to the section of the show where they are talking about moving animal models, you will see mechanical penguins in a pool and jellyfish really cool stuff but the design and motion of the flying bird model really blew me away. I't well worth a gander.
