...I'm normally (well try) to be as upbeat as possible but the last few days, the pain, well the stiffness actually (worse) is getting me down. I've stayed in all day today, couldn't face the effort of getting myself ready  Hubby took the kids to Smyths toy shop to spend some vouchers, I normally love things like that too.

Not really looking for any answers, just needed a little whinge, I suppose it's gets to us all some days.

I'm 37, god knows where I'll be in 10-20 yrs time :x

(posted in blue as a reflection of my mood, lol)

    Hi Cakegirl,

Oh flower we have these days don't we? had one fairly much now thats lasted a long time

I like the blue writing... I can read it easier, kinda have eye trouble and black and white isn;t my easiest colours  Nor seeing to type

Be kind to yourself for a min and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. A friend of mine who doesn't come here much now taught me that one day at a time is good when your feeling rough. To look to far ahead, especially when your not feeling too good is not a good idea.

You hang in there and leaving you a cyber ((( ))) and a hope. Cris x

Having young children must make extra demands upon your limited resources, because no matter how rough you feel they still have to be cared for. Do you have any family (apart from OH) nearby who could help out at all? Rest when you can so as to conserve what energies you have, do what you can when you can and maybe try to keep ahead of the pain on those worse days with regular doses of pain relief. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

I have 2 kids so i know how hard it is to remain upbeat with the kids around when you are feeling rubbish yourself..
Nice OH took the kids out, gave you a chance to have some quiet time and i suppose collect those thoughts together..
Never feel guilty for feeling bad, You are still a good mom and can still love and care for your children, you are entitled to a blue day..
Take care and take it easy, hope you are feeling better soon..xx

As said by others we do all get bad days as well as the good days, You need to try and rest as much as you can. Thats the best thing to chill in bed and read a good book!
Hope you have a better week this week, big hugs (((HUGS))).

thanks for all the replies, feeling a bit more upbeat today and had a lovely shower, put my make up on and a nice new (comfy) knitted dress then met my cousin at a playarea where the kids could run free whilst we had a coffee. It was nice.

Going to try another early night tonight, finished the book now so may go to shop and buy some mags.

Thank you all for listening, I don't think people realise the amount of pain this disease causes, oh well, day by day.....

thanks again, you're all great xx
