....should I / shouldn't I ?
I have loads of jobs that need doing in the house but we've come across some pretty cheap flights to Lanzarote and the hotels look to be pretty decent too and affordable.
The thought of some sunshine on my skin sounds like heaven right now....altho the reality is not always the same as the dream when you're aching, stiff and away in a foreign country ? (Beds, walking, kids to deal with)
SO shall I do the jobs or jet off for 7 days.....(btw hubby wants to go away)

I would say go for it!! A holiday in the sun, great!
When I went to Egypt, I had some iv steriods a few days beforehand to help me cope. Itmdid help, although one of the days, I just had to go to bed feeling so ill. But it is a tough one seriously isn't it?
I would do lots of research on hotels, walking distances, hills, even if you're not too good, sitting on a sunbed with the sun shining would cheer you up even if you don't do anything else.
There is assisted help at airports, who take you in a wheelchair straight through security, no queues, and usually at the holiday destination too.

As long as hubby will help with the kids and you won't have to do too much walking (Or any at all)! I would go for it!

I usually head off to warm clim's this time of year because it helps my bones! So I would say a big yes, but (yes there's a but!) only go if you have all bases covered by that I mean, you need to answer the questions am I going to be well enough? (will not go down hill and need hospital attention) have I enough meds to cover me over the holiday and a few days after incase have delays on flight, flight grounded for some reason, Will I be well enough to enjoy the holiday? If your happy with the answer to those questions go ahead and book it.
I wish I could get away now on holiday, but I need to get this tummy sorted 1st.0 -
