Everyone talks and writes about US , they do not live our lives , they do not understand our fears , struggles , our losses , we have to have HELP , upsetting to need and to receive , DLA was awarded to US to ease some of lifes extra costs due to the damage having ARTHRITIS inflicts on US , now due to the countrys financial situation 20% has to be cut from the welfare budgets , there is no need to change anything , DLA if controlled and applied correctly does the job perfectly, we ALL know that a medical reveiw can be called for at anytime - so why change it ?
Let US pray to all our respective Gods , by what ever name that The House Lords , considers US .And sense and compassion prevail.

And they have agreed to include your own GP/consultant reports in making a decision on your PIP??? However, isn't that what happens already?
I remember one LOrd/LAdy referred to ATOS as something like that dreadful group. Hurrah, are they seeing the light slowly?
I am really worried, as it has been documented that candidates who walk less than 50 metres without a wheelchair will not be entitled. Guardian website for more info. Although, this was just an example. Still bloomin worrying.
It will be chaos, chaos I could do without and the thousands of us here and genuine disabled could do without as well.
My right to life is being dwindled away by the govt

Yes Janie
l heard that bit about the wheelchairs too. Ridiculous have they tried doing anything with crutches stick etc :x
Hope you are right that some are seeing the light about ATOS...now that would be a step forwards (pardon the pun)

Thank you for your replies , like YOU , I am worried but after listening and watching The House of Lords repeated this morning it was heart warming to hear the Lords/Ladies ask some of our questions , but as the party whips had been out the Government won , but we all know it cannot go as they plan , but its hard enough now to get DLA and it will be harder to get PIP , I just feel that being ill and disabled will become a crime against the state ---- suicide pill will be sent through the post for us
Just joking
Thank you
