I've put a post on the Living with Arthritis forum today about two
Challenging Pain courses to be held at different venues in Lancashire
in February and March. If you are interested it has the same heading

Hey Mell they really do help... did a 6 week one a while back and they give you ideas and techniques to cope and even reduce the pain....
well worth finding one in your area. Cris xx
