    Hi Lynn,

    So well remembered my friend and thank you.

    Not in touch with Arna but will pass the message on to someone who is with luck. Wont tonight a its late and they were hoping for an early night.

    You know Toni and I were talking about some that no longer pop in.... There are o many and I just want to tell them they are not forgotten.

    Thanks for today my friend and will up date the melt down thread in a min..... I am always so humbled by the support.

    She is on UK arthritis and carers group via facebook but haven't seen her posting for a while. I have sent her a message via the group.
