blood test results and Cimzia

Received a phone call from my GP saying that for a second time my neutrophil level was low again (should be 2.2 at the lowest, two weeks ago it was 2 and now its 1).
I rang the hospital to see if I can jab myself but there was no one there to ask. So got to ring on Monday (which is jab day). Rang after the last low result and was told it was ok to jab. Over the past few weeks I've started to feel better and to think it may be working. I really don't want to stop taking it.
Has anyone else had this? Anyone any suggestions?

Yes I had this, same as you but I was told no injections and to return for repeat blood test following week, where it was fine. gp said this often happens but it usually sorts itself out.0
