I hate flare-ups!!

Woke up this morning knowing I was in trouble! My hips and back was in agony! I had problems getting out of bed and every step was painful. My sweet OH made sure I was comfy on the settee and has wrapped me in our faux fur throw to keep me warm. He keeps asking if I want anything and even offered to go and buy me something to help me feel comfortable. I asked for a large pillow to put behind my back would be lovely. So my weekend has started on a low but trying to find things to keep my mind off the pain!

    Not the best way to start your weekend eh?
    Hope it doesn't last too long.. Right, I've rested longer than I should have, got a lot to do..

    Oh dear Mig,
    Flare ups are miserable-last weekend I was just like you-in pain, fed-up and not knowing where to put myself. Happily a steroid injection has started to calm it all down and I feel more human-hope you get some relief soon too. Sending positive thoughts and very gentle hugs. So glad you have a sympathetic OH- they are a positive treasure on a miserable day-mine was epic last week-I feel so blessed to have him.

    Hi Bubba,

    sounds like me every morning awful isn't it? thank goodness for lovely OH's to take care of us and give us a cuppa and a pillow etc
