Day after the morning before

Well day 1 after my steriod injection and so far so good.

The swelling in my knee has come down a lot, still a slight discomfort but nothing more.

I have to say though that after the initial injection wore off it was pretty horrible last night, I had a massive headache and my knee was throbing, it was almost getting over an anestectic after being at the dentist.

No sign of anything today.

At least I've still go tomorrow to recover before I go back to work on Monday.

I do hope the injection carrys on working, some people do get really good results, let us know how it is going.

try to remember not to over do things it is so easy to do when it starts to feel better and you start to walk better i do know from experience how easy it is took mine couple of weeks to kick in fully but was great when it did. did you use ice on it when it was hurting does help with swelling then heat to help stop muscle spasms val

Hi Debra, Glad your feeling some relief already from the steriod injection! It sounds like it was a nasty start to it when you 1st had it! But as long as it is helping fingers crossed it does the trick for you!
