Hi all - Haven't been on for a while! Lifes been very busy and i'm coping well at the moment.

I have been diagnosed with Inflamitory arthritus and after a few steroid injections am now coping with anti inflamitorys.

Over the last couple of days i've developed quite a bit of pain behind my knee and down the calf a little, it can be sore to touch (altho not today!) and the veins look a little bigger than the other leg. Ruled out DVT as not hot or really swollen and comes and goes soooo i was wondering if it could be connected to my arthritus? Anyone else had anything like it?

Thanks guys

Karen xx

    Hello Karen

Have you seen Dreamdaisy's recent thread about Bakers Cysts? Just wondered if that might be relevant - I will bump it up for you in a min so you can have a read.

Hope you find out what it is soon.

    Hi Karen
You go and see your GP, it could very well be a bakers cyst, they can drain into you leg and cause quite alot of pain.
So go and see what your GP thinks, and let us know how you get on x
