Hi everyone

I have been doing really well since my last post. Now am feeling stressed big time. We have all been put on notice at work. Apparently they are closing one shop down in our area and are merging it with ours. We have all been told officially that some of us will loose our jobs as there is only 6 placements for 12 people and we all have to have interviews for our own jobs. My interview was due on Tuesday next week. Now we have had emails saying they have cancelled all interviews as all the managers have been called in on that day to head office. So they gonna keep us all waiting not knowing our futures. I am trying to keep calm but not sleeping and worrying I am scared of bringing on a flare. Any tips please.

Love and hugs
SheilaD xx

    Oh Sheila

you poor thing! You must be so worried :( .

In your position l would try very very hard to take time for myself...a nice bath a book to read....try to take your mind off it if you can.

You can always contact ACAS if you want to get practical to see, if the worst came to the worst, what you might get by way of payment and notice etc.

HUGE hugs for me and my fingesr are crossed

    Love

    Hi Sheila

It is hard not to worry in these situations but try to occupy your mind by doing things to keep you busy. When I am stressed I start tidying drawers and cupboards out   why? I don't know.
I also try to paint a picture or edit photos on the computer.

I wish you all the best and hope you are able keep your job.

    Love Juliepf x

Go for the union help, it's at times like this that they come into their own.
