Hi there all
As I posted about the rash a few weeks ago
Rhuematiod stopped the omaprazole. Been off stomach tabs completely now for a week. Had a flare up and was in bed. Totally mummified for four days.
But the rash seemed a bit better then I had a stomach flare and had to start on them again ,and guess what I started to scratch again. It not badly.
Going to try the lanzaparole see if that is any better, hope the rash keeps getting enter ,we will see.
Maybe though it was the enbrel won,t know til I go on the lanzaparole will I
Fingers crossed pc in the shop from tomorrow will
Ost when I get it back. Keep well everyone bye for now

Hi Cris,
Nice to see you again but m=not so good your feeling trashed and itchy. I reacted to omeprazole .... oh and they didn't protect me either.... glad your off them and the lanzope is kinder and in my case didn't cause so much pain. they didn't do a lot though but i was kinda of misdiagnosed
Everything is put down to an ulcer eh?!
Cris if it tuns out to be the enbrel there are other things they can try both to counter act the rash or other anti's that might be easier for your body to take so hang in there.
Back to the stomach thing I now take Nexium and hell they are so much better for me... though I also have some other tablet to help cus my stomach and oesophagus are trashed now.
The nexuim though is so good.See there are so many drugs and so many options but hopefully it will all calm down for you and more importantly work well for you soon. Leaving a hope you soon feel a lot better. Cris who loves your no h cus I never had one xx
sorry Cris had to edit cus the eyes and the spell check had a bit of a disagreement  not sure if thats sorted or not now0 -
Hi Cris, rashes are difficult when you are on so many drugs! I got really itchy skin on Cimzia and my gp kept saying it was the central heating etc. They put me on antihistimines which helped a bit.
I switched from Omeprazole to lansoprazole and found the latter much better. Hope it's not the enbrel!0 -
Hi Cris
l am so sorry about the flare up, but glad you did at least get rid of the rash....
now it is back and it will have to be a process of elimination getting to the bottom of which medication is causing it.
I hope you find out really soon :?
Love
