Has anyone used this does it work and is it comfortable to wear. Previous braces have hurt to wear under the armpits

    Looks very uncomfortable to me , and a lot of money to pay if it turns out to be useless . Can you ask your OT or physio for advice ? maybe they have items you could try without the expense . Jillyb

    :lol: The testimonials are naturally saying how wonderful this support is. I would rather seek the advice of an OT or physio, like Jilly says or look into the Alexander Techique or perhaps pilates rather than go down the road of purchasing this brace.

    Well I had ordered it and it came and its surprisingly helpful and does seem to be making some impact on retraining my muscles.

    My physio says I can use it between the times when she is taping me into the correct position which is even more effective as it forces you to remember to stand straight

    How long did you manage to wear the tape for. With the newer kinesio tape you can wear it for longer as its less irritating but it maintains control.

    was there a particular pattern of taping you found more effective
