Broken Tooth

Innocently eating seeded bread at lunchtime, found an especially hard seed which turned out to be half of my enamel from a very filled molar
Hi-oh, hi-oh off to the dentist I go .................on Thursday.
By the small part of my tooth left hanging on by its roots I reckon it'll be a crown for £200.  So not only will my pocket be hurting but I won't be able to talk for at least half an hour ..............how am I going to manage that??????
Well if you fancy a whip round for me I shall leave my hat behind for you to fill.
Any contributions gratefully received.

Linda I know that those on Humira have problems with their teeth(including bits of my filled teeth breaking off).I wonder if it is the same with enbrel?
It does something to weaken them and you should let your dentist know you take anti TNF's.

Thanks for the info Elizabeth I didn't know that. I suspect the tooth might have been on it's way out anyway because it's been sensitive for a while now ..................it was one of those that when the dentist says is everything okay I say 'absolutely fine' but should really admit it bothers me a bit. Serves me right really
Hope you've not kept your knife in the kitchen drawer Del it could be a bit rusty now.
Thanks Joan I'll let you know how much.
