Hiya, why is occy health demanding all of this??
Has the G.P told you what is wrong??
Who said its a torn cartlidge, cos this needs looking at by orthopedics if it is, i am waiting for an mri to confirm my torn cartlidge and then poss op. Have had this op b4.
Think you need to talk things through with doc and find out whats what.
All the best. Take care.xxClare xx0 -

You really need to see orthopedics.. I don't know how things work where you are but I had to see an extended scope practitioner first. They then arranged for me to see the surgeon. The extended scope folks are basically physios but with extra training so they can do the referring etc instead of the GP's here.
I really understand why it's getting you down, I really hope they stop messing you around and get the ball rolling sooner rather than later. I had a bi lateral arthroscopy done in the end.
I wish you well, let us know how you go on and keep posting here, we are all here for support etc..
