Hello and welcome to the forum.
I am a forum member not a member of the helpline team but I have come across Niagara therapy (as have a few others here) and I just want to say that my stongest advice is to steer well clear.
I'm just going out but saw your post and felt I had to reply - but I will post again later with more information.

Hi baleout
We have heard about Niagra being one of those hard sell companies making wild claims about their products and almost forcing potential customers into signing over their money. There have been complaints made about false advertising of their products and complaints have been upheld by the Advertising standards Agency and the office of fair trading are also aware of them and made them change their unfair contracts.

Like I said they do make wild claims and if they have been trying to sell you something in a more than persistent way please do contact the OFT. Do not be conned out of your money.
Best wishes

Hello again balout.
Have just found a previous thread about this on Living with Arthritis Forum and have "bumped it up" to the top of the LWA forum for you to read.
