how do you register for T clubcard

Hello everyone

@o.
First I have to spend ages trying to set up an online account, before i even discover how to redeem the vouchers
Easy you would have thought - noo!
It says when you set up enter exactly the same as the details they use when mailing to you....
so
it says on line
enter Forename
Middle name
Surname

I have tried all combinations
ie. A
Oneday
or
A M
Oneday
Or
Ms A and Mr B
Oneday

or Apple
Oneday
or
Banana
Oneday
Or
Ms Apple and Mr Banana
but its having none of it

Can anyone shed some light on how to set up when theres two names on the mailings ?
Surprised anyone uses this stupid rewards!

    Helpful hint: use the name and address that your Clubcard statement mailing is sent to

    Thats what it says- It doesnt work, arrrrrgggggggggggggggg

    sent an email to them, got an acknowledgment from....

    but am totally perplexed. l have had no problems with my clubcard account.

    l buy loads of stuff there. Hotel breaks....magazine subscriptions...flowers for MIl...segway rides for the kids :)

    Much the best way to use the vouchers as you get up to 3 times their value :(

    Did you say Flucker LOL what a name dont know about club cards but take it to the shop they will sort it for you at the customer service.

    Hi everyone

    Well, its sorted!..not by Ms Flucker, and yes thats the genuine name on the email i got!
    I rang up...turns out its the way my address was set up on their records, nothing to do with the name input part.
    I usually use vouchers against food shopping instore. One day (haa, my name) I was stood at a place where i had a 2 for 1 voucher and in the queue i was talking to this man who said he uses clubcard rewards for days out etc. I got thinking that its better to get more value so I have exchanged a £10 vouche for a £40 meal voucher. Its so expensive to eat out that we dont do it - i wondered how all these places seem busy, guess lots of people using vouchers.
    Hope vouchers come soon as fancy a nice meal out.

    I use my card wnehever I can and have a dd set up to pay the full balance so no interest to pay. The points really add up they have just sent £16 vouchers, it was all money I would have spent anyway, so enjoy the rewards I regret that National Trust membership is not available but English Heritage is.

    I have stopped shoping at L---- unles they have something I especially want as they do not accept the card.

    yep , will be checking other ways to spend vouchersfrom now on, infact can you use them for caar insuracne
