Morning Del,Glad you got some sleep.Did you read my posts on the codeine problems i was having?gp is weaning me off them and told me if i need to then take naproxen and paracetamol as this combo is very effective and non habit forming,is this why you cut the co codols or was it the gut damage.Remember when you cant sleep all the good thoughts that your friends on here are sending you.Mig

The lanzoprazole can be increased depending in what you're taking, I was on 3 per day ary one point, might be worth checking with the doctor?
