Hi all,
I know this will sound completely ridiculous, but I have my first hydrotherapy session this morning at 10.45am, and I'm very nervous because I'm flaring and don't want to aggravate anything.
If anyone is around for pocket duties I would be very grateful.
Xxx

I wonder if you are going to the one in Hillingdon that I went to? Will PM you. Mine used to be on Wed morns too and after the 6 week course I intended to continue but 'things' got in the way.It is great fun and a laugh.
Hope you have a lovely time.

Ah, hydro. Lovely when in, not so good on getting out! I hope you enjoyed it and truly felt the benefit when in the water - the golden rule is (as always) STOP when you think you can do more. Take care and rest this afternoon, please. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
