Just a hellow to all of you..im new to the forum..but not to arthritis had this friend for 26yrs... :lol:

    Thanks toni...yes we could all do without friends like him!! Iv been reading this forum for quite a while and everyone seems very supportive...so iv finally jumped in ...this is the first time iv ever written on any forum...im not that good with computors...

    Yes i do feel like i know many of you..iv been reading all your comments for a while...and i know you will make me welcome as you have many others...and of course the one thing we all have in common is that unwlcome guest!!! iv waited many years for him to leave but he sticks around causing trouble..
