Oa knee

Oa off the left knee getting lot of pain in the right knee hurts more then the
Left knee finding it hard to walk

    Poor you, have you seen your GP? Are you taking any meds? May be worth asking to see a physio as over time you change the way you walk, as you favour one side more than the other.

    Would be worth tlking to GP, are you over compensating and walking differently, or have you strained your other knee. be worth talking to G.P. also mousey is right poss ask for a phisio referal to get some knee strengthening excersises if you dont do them.

    Oh dear Yaris, poor you. If walking is getting harder then maybe it's time to invest in a stick. If the OA is worse in your left knee then you need to hold the stick in your right hand, this will take some of the strain off the left knee when walking and mean that extra strain won't be put on the right. I agree with mouseymousey and CJ, go and see your GP if you are not already on pain relief and/or anti-inflammatories. I wish you well. DD
