I'm thinking of studying for a degree with the Open University. Not sure what I want to study yet. I never got the chance when I was younger. Has anyone else ever done a course with them. If so what did you study and was it worth doing?

Hi Flossy,
I've completed 3 short OU courses - science, maths and psychology, and a 30 point which was Social Science. I've really enjoyed them. I'm thinking about going for an open degree, however I've had to put this on hold because there's too much new stuff going on at my work at the moment therefore and I know I'd find it difficult to learn more there and study at home.
The next one I'm hoping to is a 60 point science course which starts in October - hope work calms down by then!
I think you should go for it - loking forward to hearing what you decide.

Thanks pheebs.
I'm thinking of management or law. Failing that psychology or social sciences.
Not sure what use they will be but I need something to distract me from everything that is going on in my life at the moment.Flossy0
