Aren't pets great! I've got a ginger tom,and a beautiful little Westie. They're both always up for a cuddle. I also have a couple of tortoise, but they spend half the year sleeping, and when they're awake they're not very cuddly!

Hey Tony! Funny how we all feel totally drained, and are drugged up to the eyeballs at the moment! I can hardly keep my eyes open when talking to my OH and I've fell asleep while talking to him more than once! And it's not because his conversations are boring! He is so funny. I know your suffering with alot of pain at the moment, I'm still suffering with this flare up at the moment. I had a blood test a fortnight ago (well actually had 6 viles taken!) And now had a letter from my G.P asking to have a telephone appt with me. So booked for Tuesday!
So I hope to get some answers about why I feel so totally drained as well as what the blood test shows.
Your right about our pets being a big comfort to us when we're suffering with extreme pain and need someone who gives us unconditional love. Bubba is great when I need a soft cuddle and someone who woun't answer back!
We all agree it can't last forever!! I just wish I could wake up in the morning and when my OH helps me up I don't get that horrible shooting pain in my lower back and hips.
Big soft ((((hug)))) to my mad buddy, And Bubba sends a big purrrr to Ra! Hope you feel a little better soon my friend and keep that pain at bay with the meds!0 -
Hi mate just catching up hope your feeling a little better. Its a bugger when you dont know when its going to strike. Flairs can last a lomng time to. Have you noticed the way some days you manage and other days its so hard to cope. Anyway tony take it easy mate and keep your chin up just keep an eye out for the haymaker.

Hi Tony,
Just checking in to say I hope you are doing ok and that RA is continuing his nursing responsibilities.
Take care

good morning Jan. Ra is happily snoring away in his usual spot on the bed, where my pillow should be
Managed to get up and take Janet to work, sounds silly saying that, like it's some amazing feat...
So far I'm ok, tired but ok. I shall resist the urge to overdo things though.. I tend to do that a lot, slightest sign of being what I class as ok and I try doing too much. I will see how things go.. Lol
Thanks for asking mi dear hope you are ok too?Me-Tony

Hi Tony,
I did the same as you today (too damn much). It was such a lovely day I decided to try and take the dogs for a walk, they were pleased with this, so much that they pulled on their leads the whole time. Now my hands and shoulders are hurting, my feet don't want to be on the floor and I feel like an old crock.......so, early night for me too!
Hope you feel better after a well deserved rest!
