sore finger-tip

Hello,

I've been told that I have the start of OA in my fingers, hands and thumbs. I have a sore finger-tip just now and thinking about it, I've had the same feeling on and off over the past few months. It starts off like the pain you get when you snag a nail and it tears down the nail bed at the side. That make sense? There's no visible sign of any damage. It then spreads around the whole of my finger-tip at the front. I don't think I'm explaining it very well.

Anyone else get this?

Thanks,

Magenta xx

Hi Magenta Sorry to hear about your finger, is it 24/7 or just at times I suffer with all mine they are quite bent as well thumbs look like those running things the amputies wear. I have sort of gotten use to it now. still find it difficult to pick things up. Hope its better soon.

    Hi Colin and Barbara,

It's weird. The sharp pain doesn't last long but after that subsides, every one of my finger-tips are sore. I'm taking it that it's the OA. Just another thing to contend with.

    Thanks,
