Open letter to family, friends and work colleagues about Inflammatory Arthritis

·
One of the hardest things about Arthritis is that nobody knows what it is or how it affects you. This is an open letter to family, friends and work colleagues which tries to explain.

Dear Everyone,

This letter is to help you understand my feelings as I deal with inflammatory arthritis and the changes it brings to my life.

Please go to

    Hi Jim again
    thanks for sharing this,
I have just let my OH read it, he is also a Jim...I really feels for him..when I am down he is in the firing line, so this will help him understand , I do think that those closest to us suffer in another way.
But then you have other family and friends that really do not understand, or dont want to, it would do them good to read it.
And I think who ever wrote it must have got alot out of writing it.
Cant you just tell I am in one of those moods... :o:)
    Love
    Barbara

It sums up so many aspects of Arthritis that many non sufferers don't always see or appreciate.
