Sorry............need to grumble!

Sleep deprivation has hit me a bit recently, and the icing on the cake today was a sharp "twang" in my worst knee........followed swiftly by said knee locking as I walked, sharp stabbing pain and me landing in a crumpled heap on the floor :-( , cue tears and resultant embarrassment!

Not one of my best days............

Docs again tomorrow.........

humph.......fed up :-(

It’s horrible when the knee locks suddenly, isn’t it as it takes you unprepared. I hope the doc will help.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Hi Julia,

That happened to me at work too, many years ago but I still remember it vividly. My right knee locked as I was coming to the bottom of a flight of stairs, causing me to catch my heel on the last step and go flying. In the process I managed to flash my knickers at a chap from accounting, so that was embarrassing!

Hope your visit to the doc went well and that your sleep improves soon,
    Phoebe

    Hi Julia,

Oh its hideously embarrassing isn't it? My back takes my legs out as and when it pleases and i done it in Tes** .... both in the isle and at the till  I now just get back up and if there is a group of people just smile and stagger off.... but it is hideously embarrassing I know.

I really hope the new concoction will work for you and they day will be kinder to you tomorrow. Cris x

    Hi again Julia,

Happy to put a smile on your face, and thanks for your kindness about my own fall. On that occasion my pride was hurt far more than my bad knee, as I’m sure you can imagine!

Here's hoping that a bit of rest and the new meds will make for easier times ahead,
