I cant believe its been a year since my first ESA Medical ( or should I say interrogation), and I have made an appointment with the local wellfare rights people, but I since the damned form arrived on the mat I have been very anxious..
I cant understand that with something that is a long term disease that they need to drag people on yearly, seems a waste of money if you aske me, what by some divine intervention I have become able to walk in the last year..
I just hope I dont get the same Dr as last time, as his report was so bad I wrote a 4 page A4 letter explaining the lies and miss-information and at the tribunal I was only in 5 mins and I never made it back to the waiting room before I was called back and my appeal was allowed.
rant over...thanks for listening.

Hi
I hope you find that the medical goes ok.
I haven't had to have a medical for my ESA - so I'm sorry that you have had to.
Hope the welfare benefits people can help you.
Take Care

Hi Stephen
l am so sorry this thing is stressing you out so much, but totally understand why it would :x
It makes me really cross how they uspet people like this.
I think the theory is some people 'get better' but end up on benefits for life when they could be working
You have got the right backing and it will be ok again, even if you do have to appeal you will WIN, you did last time.
Fingers are crossed for you
Love

Hi Stephen
It is so stressful, as many of us know. I had a string of medicals, until they finally realised that I was getting worse, not better and then they wrote to say, you are not required to have a medical, or further letters from your Dr's, hoo rah.
I think we all understand that the system has to protect itself from fraud, that's fine, but don't drag those who are disabled and or debilitated on a long term basis, with a progressive illness, through hoops.
I am certain you will be ok and appeal immediately if required. I had to with the DLA and finally won my case.
Well wishes for a decision in your favour. XX BubblesXX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Thankyou all for your kind words of support..
Dont get me wrong, I understand the need for medicals I just wish they were acting on the evidence at hand as well as understanding of peoples need and the stress people are going through at these things, and not (you must be faking it) distrusting of everyone who goes in there.
