    I've tried them in the past, before I really knew what was wrong. I have magnetic jewellery, knee supports and a magical magnetic pain relief gizmo that cost my Ma a fortune. The former items give a tiny amount of relief, the latter is useless. If it works for you then that is what matters - as something which is non-invasive it has to be worth considering. DD

    Hi

    That sounds really good - where did you get your magnets from? I was thinking that Boots may do them. How do they work when under your pillow? Sorry for all the questions but am at the stage where I'll try anything to see if it works and am really interested in what you have posted.

    Hope you are having a reasonable day and that you are relatively pain free.

    Take Care

    saw one of those magnets in a gift shop..bought it and tried it..
    many years ago i use to work as a home care and a lot of my clients had magnets under there pillows i use to giggle about it then .asked what they were for?? a few use to say it keeps them grounded..

    thought it was worth a try but i am sleeping better..
    old wives tails.. i expect like putting corks under your pillow for cramp. seen a few of people doing that and all..
    funny things but worth a try nothing to loose if you are in pain.

    Hi georgie
    When I was having injection in my back, some of the people in the ward swore by the back belts you can get, that you slot magnets in, I am just in the process of looking for one, so I will let you know how it goes. x

    Hi
    I have magnetic jewellery.......not sure how much help it is but the bracelet I have looks nice.
    The main thing is if it helps you ....go for it!!!!! Same as glucosamine.....there seems to be no real info on it doing much good but it helps some people so.....once again.....go for it.
    I've tried all sorts :lol::lol:
    Am back to paracetamol, naproxen, a wheat bag {hot} and the occasional patch for my back and thats it .....at the minute :wink:

    have tried alsorts in the past and none of these 'magic' things have done anything for me, however, even if it had a placebo effect for you, no harm in it... Just don't get suckered into squandering money on things.
    Best of luck :D
