Hello Judy, I think we all recognise that feeling. Some days are just like that. My remedy is a long soak, good book and try to find a film or something to take your mind off it. Ensure you've taken all the meds too - lost count of the number of times I've felt ugh - then discoverd I've forgotten to take one or another of the pills.0

I do hope those appointments are coming up very very soon.
In the meantime l agee with mousey you have no other choice other than to do your best to look after yourself and distraction.

Hi Just to say I hope you soon feel a bit better. Pain makes people feel tired, I find, apart from anything else. Best wishes, love Suexxx0

Hi Judy
I do hope the pain has eased for you, like the others have said it is so tiring when you are in constant pain.
Hopefully you have now got your appointments, so I do wish you will with it all.xLove

Hi Judy,
First of all i hope today will be better for you.
Flower its often so hard to keep positive, really hard and the fears run riot all round your brain but it will be ok and just hold on to that if nothing else.
I use distraction... I have a got of them and they help to drag me up.
I also do a lot of meditation, relaxation things and well AC run some good courses on coping with pain etc so might be worth seeing if they have any in your area?
Hang in there flower and it does get easier. Cris x0
