driving test day/TODAY

Hi all,
well its the last day I will see the L plates up from then on it will be R plates on the window, just making sure everything is in order , the instructor is calling at 12.50pm test is at 13.50pm it lasts about 3.00pm. then I will be told HOW I DID??????????

    no luck , got 10 minors 2s 2 d , just was not with it today , I will just keep on trying maybe numer 6 will be lucky although my lucky number is seven.

    You might be putting extra pressure on yourself, and maybe next time, the best thing to do would be tell no one, not even your family. Then take the test, pass with flying colours, return home in triumph, job done.

    thank you so much your words help me get so much , I seem to tense up , as I cant use the pedals in my car there is only two pedals one is the brake and the other one is the accelarateor now as I do the three point turn My left leg that is streached out tense up try to relax but it tense up also my stomach , i think it is just nerves with me at the test centre I am calm until the examiner gets in my car , once the test is over then I am calm again now I did a bay park which I have never got first time but at the test centre I did was so chuffed ,the instructor was shocked she said it all ways took you before 8 times to do this , but this is perfect . got a left hand revers on the test and I did it so well the examiner smiled ...

    My poor friend, nerves are a stinker aren't they? You know that you can do these maneouvres and do them well but I can understand the tension that builds in the test situation, it's far from easy. I think I agree with Alan, next time don't tell us then just surprise us with the good news! Take care, I hope all is well with you, H and M Jnr. DD

    keep at it Mike you'll crack it, actually I don't envy anyone doing it these days it's a darn sight harder than when I past I don't think I'd get through easily as I did back in 1978. I still remeber it like it was yesterday, talk about burned into my memory I still get flash backs from it!.
