Psoriasis & Hair Thining

Does anyone recommend any good shampoos to stop Psoriasis and hair thining?

I am on Methatreaxate but this doesn't seem to be helping and the psoriasis is very bad on my head at the moment. And under my chest :roll: too.

    Debra what worked for me was a preparation given on the recommendation of my dermatologist was Xamoil. It's brillant for scalp psoriasis. You can get if from your gp but can't buy it over the counter. I'm sure it will work for you but it's only for the scalp. If your other psoriasis is active then perhaps your gp could give you something for it as well.
