I'm back to moderately grotty, what a relief! I feel that the PsA is back in its little box for the time being, once again the OA is to the fore but that's OK as I know where I am with that.
I send many heartfelt thanks to you all for your support over the past few days, it was, and is, much appreciated. DD

OK, let's hear it for a moderately grotty DD
Lock that box and padlock it.
Bottle in fridge to celebrate? If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

So pleased you feel grotty rather than just a lump of grot ! Hope you will continue to improve and maybe get to middlin' . Jillyb0

Due to the clement weather I visualised my getting into town for a look round so I went to have a shower and that wiped me out. Never mind, eh? There will be other sunny days when I may have a little more energy, I just mis-read today, that's all. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

You know, I almost wrote earlier that you shouldn't be inclined to celebrate the way I'd be inclined to celebrate - by overdoing things. I'm rather glad your body's given you a nudge in the right direction. Moderation. Sodding moderation. :roll:If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Oh Sticky, I do agree, moderation is tedious, isn't it, especially when you don't feel much benefit from it. I've sat, flaked out, on the sofa since 11am, I honestly thought this morning that it was all over for the time being. Hey-ho. I suspect I was not taking into account the draining effects of that very nasty bug never mind the flare on top of it. Come 3pm I shall leap into action (by 'leap' I mean hobble, wincing and swearing) as I have to work this afternoon, but luckily it's only one person and she's a sweetie so that will help. The weather is still glorious but it's jolly cold. The OA pain is in full swing so I shall clatterate around the ground floor as I'm feeling feeble. All together now - Ahhhhhhhhh! Hey DD, I suppose moderately grotty is a little better but it doesn't mean you can go out hula hooping just yet you know.
Still take care of yourself and don't overdo things until you are feeling only vaguely grotty.

It's not going well. I've slipped a level from moderately grotty to mainly grotty. Never mind, it will pass as all things do. Colin, I can't help with the P thing as mine is relatively minor, the sulph controls it and Dovobet too. Sorry mate. If yours is running riot that would indicate to me that your immune system is having a pop at you - but please remember I am not a doc! DDHave you got the despatches? I've just dragged myself out of the shower and am wondering why I bothered to have one: sweat is pouring off me, I feel so soggy. Grrrr, damn meds, damn disease, damn everything. I'm sitting watching the world go by, people walking, driving, jogging (Hah! Just you wait! Your knees 'll hurt sooner or later), cycling, and I currently very irked by being how I am - mind you, I guess that's a good sign as being irked takes some form of energy. I am going off to pick at some of my spots, at least I can do that. And have another cuppa. DD
PS Thank you for the spoon Folara, it is much appreciated. I have seven work shirts for Mr DD waiting to be ironed, no time like the present I suppose. On second thoughts, nah, they can wait!Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
