The nightmare saga with the bed us FINALLY OVER!

some of you know the stress and troubles I've had with a certain bed company, allegedly Britain's, favorite :roll:
Our bed was ordered on the ninth of December 2011... Today, we finally have what we ordered :roll:
It has been a horrible experience, one that I know has caused a few if my recent flare ups..

Now I need to collect the scribblings that I've made from the very beginning, dates, times and names etc from phone calls...
I shall hand them over to my lovely J. She will be able to put them into an elegant letter of complaint.. Once she's removed all the swear words, lol...
The delivery blokes turned up wanting to drop the correct base off and bugger off.. No chance. I'd been told that they would bring the new one in, place it in situe and remove the other (wrong colour) base that had been sent in early february..
Before I allowed them over the doorstep, I checked that the new one was the right colour, it had the correct amount of drawers and they were in the foot end of the base and not the headboard end like the wrong colour one :x

So, it's finally over.. Apart from the complaint part, they had better sort some decent compensation out for the crap we've been through..

I implore each and every one of you to NEVER but from this place, and actively discourage anyone you know who is thinking of doing so..

I'm glad to hear that it's all sorted at long last. When we bought our bed we went to a local bed firm and will do so again. These national chains flatter to deceive, methinks. DD

Tony I hope you get some compensation for all they put you through...and I want to know how comfy that bed is ...hopefully very after all that.. :x
