hi is there anyone else here who suffers with lumbar spodylosis(arthritis)

    My main problem is in my lumbar spine, although I am waiting for a full spinal check up as it seems to be from neck to lumbar now.
    I had a bad disc prolapse a few years ago and have had to be very careful since then. Now I have OA in my spine and to a lesser degree in other joints too.

    i suffer fron arthritis in the lumber spine and hips,my back is very stiff and after an m r i i was told i have facet joint arthritis its very painful as you will know.
