Hi All,
I've been away on my BIL farm for about a week. Hubbie has been helping with lambing.
I'm sure I will have missed pocket duties but I've been thinking of you all.
I'm playing catch up now.....sorry I wasn't around.
I hope everyone is ok'ish.
May

Lambing? Ooooooooh! I love lambs, they are adorable! We have a new one on the forum, she's living with Skezier. I hope you are as well as you can be and that the time away did you some good. DD

    Hi,
Oh Cris...a lamb is a lamb to me. No idea what type they are.
Large flock....3 farms in one on the Scottish Borders.I thought we might get snowed in on Tuesday but quite clear to get home.
John is a farmers son and his brother needed a hand so we went.
I didn't have much to do with the lambing itself.....well nothing really as they spent virtually every night up and just grabbed a few hours sleep when they could.
I'm ok'ish but glad to get back to my own bed.
I don't think thats my kind of thing as I've always been a townie.Breaks my heart when after all the hard work they sometimes are born dead.I'm getting soft in my old age.
Its just been a case of helping feed the menfolk....as and when needed.
No broadband so didn't like to block phoneline to see how you are.
I've just come back from my GP appointment. Nothing really....just a chat as she likes to see me every month....don't know why but I'm not complaining because at least she is bothering.
Now I'll carry on with my catch up.
    Take care all.

I love the Borders but that sounds like a lot of sleep and rest you need to catch up on May. No skimping on it. :) I'm glad your GP's looking after you well.
