I did very much the same valval, and I'm still recvering but as far as I am concerned it's worth it and I'd happily do it all again! I am supposed to vacuuming the stairs and the first floor but thought I'd come on here first. DD

As long as you can look back and feel it was worth it, Val, that's all that matters. If you can't then make sure you don't make that particular mistake again. I hope the nap's helping by now.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I've done the living room and the bedroom but baulked at the stairs: me joints aren't up to them and anyway the Dyson's full. I guess things are looking better for the swish-round but it's hard to tell! Tea and telly is now beckoning, you rest up too young Val, please, that is always the best help. DD

Oh dear, why is it we always manage to overdo things? I think it's because sometimes we just don't want to be a disability, we want to be us.

Rest up Val and bounce back in a couple of days x

I think, when we get the "odd" good day - we feel compared to our "bad days" we can conquer the world.... AND WE DO TOO MUCH....

    I did the same.... :D
    Will we ever learn.... NO....!!

    Hi Val
I think we are all guilty of overdoing things on our goodish days, I call it not giving up...you take care

Hope you're starting to feel a little better Val. I agree it's easy to overdo things on a good day but I'm sure we all do it.
