hi all, finally getting the help i need, yay, ive been diagnosed with spondylitis, and its really starting to get me down, its in my neck and to top it off it seems there are three vertebrae there that have fused today and apparently have been since i was born. huh., anyway found out now that my condition can cause dizzy spells numbness pins and needles and ive got a trapped nerve in leg, but the physio has given me some exercises to do for my neck which should help, but take painkillers first he said, arghhh...anyway thats my moan for the day lol, hope you are all well and this weather isnt hurting youre poor little bones too much. take care all love tracey xx :D

Hi Tracey,Hope all goes well with the physio and pain dullers if you can get some relief and good days well its well worth the effort and pain ,Have you tried hydro its brilliant in the few hours after and I think you can get refered via g/p or rhuemmy ....my hospital has longer evening session . as for my bones well its damp and a bit cold not much walking out side so just a bit still and dull ache but better than a full blown flare goodluck with physio and everything Marrianne :)

    Hi Tracey,

Sorry you're feeling down, but on a brighter note at least you've got a proper diagnosis and some helpful exercises to be getting on with! I drag myself through physiotherapy every day. It can be rough going at times, but at least it keeps me active. Hope the painkillers work for you too.

    Best wishes,
    Phoebe
