WEEK 14TH - 19TH MON TO SAT ARTHRITIS AWARENESS WEEK
AT BLEAKHOUSE LIBRARY BLEAKHOUSE ROAD OLDBURY WEST MIDLANDS

MONDAY ALL DAY STANDS
VERICARE STAND, NRAS, DUDLEY MOBILITY AIDS,
Make friends with a book with cakes and coffee in morning
Afternoon Mind are doing relaxation exercises and 5 steps to mental health tea and cakes donations to arthritis
TUESDAY
stands vericare,Dudley mobility aids talk by varicare
Tea ,cakes donations, creative writing
AFTERNOON
TALK BY VARICARE
WENDESDAY
stands varicare,Nras Dudley mobility aids,arthritis care leaflets
Afternoon Tai chi
THURSDAY
Branran art group tea and cakes
Afternoon 3 to five to be confirmed
Stands all day varicare, nras , leaflets arthritis care, Dudleymobility aids
FRIDAY
MORNING TALK BY IDEAL FOR ALL and refreshments

    It sounds very interesting, suncatcher. A bit far away for me but I hope it all goes well.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Thankyou getting nervous now. also our library garden opening day is on friday and i am reading my peom in front of the mayor so pressure is on.The event is ticket only i know most of my audiance but this is my first big public reading since school. I was a tree in the wizard of oz i had to move my arms in the wind i looked like a tree shaking in an earth quake.

    The ticket thing is for the opening of the garden event.
    I am involved in the focus group who helped design the garden at bleakhouse library and we had the official opening today. I read a poem i wrote to the mayor and they are putting it on the wall art display out in the garden and my friend had hers put on a plaque. We also designed flower beds and planted them and they have plaques on with our names on and other on our group.
    The day went well.
    The garden is now open and we are hoping our visitors who come to our arthritis event can enjoy. I hope the weather is lovely it rained all day today.
    The awareness week is free 14th to 19th may i hope you can make this event. I have a few things to add to week my friend has booked in to do reflexolagy and Indian head massage now so i can add them to Wednesday and the Thursday afternoon of the week. sorry for confusion from joanne
