swelling on my foot...another rheumatoid nodule??

over the last 4 days i felt slight tightness at the top of my foot...and today i realised my left foot felt normal and this one not, after work i looked at my right foot and i have a big soft lump, it feels tight... is this another nodule?? so unfair, can't one thing go right?? why am i just getting worse
do nodules come and go or do they never go away

l am so sorry and hope it's not another nodule

I have heard some people say theirs have gone and some have had them removed if they are in a place where they are causing problems.

ive got a nodule on my hand thats been there for 5 months and its so painful as it is....im so fed up...
